My Daily Workout- March 30, 2013

I'm going to blame my slacking on allergies and you will just have to accept it. Deal? Deal!  This is my first spring in LA and I spent a few days in the past week doped up on Benadryl. I did try to walk a lot but for the most part I just wanted to rot on my couch with Netflix.

It changed a bit today when I got up really early and did the 30 Day Shred. Ouch! I'm so sore! I was also very exhausted while doing it because we did a late night pick up shot and I didn't get home until after 2am.

I'm also drinking my detox juice nonstop and I can already see my stomach begin to lose some of its bloat. I can also attribute that to the lack of carbs and sodium in my diet but I'd like to think the juice helps as well.
