Liver Cleanse Plus

My sort of theme for these last few months has been working on making sure I was taking care of my body from the inside out because I'm getting up there in the numbers and know that it's easier to work towards maintaining health than it is to get it from scratch. A someone who spent about 6 years on a diet of vodka and vodka, I still think I have a lot of work to do to reverse the damage done. I've been killing it though lately in these last 15 months. I curbed my drinking and eating 100%, am (a little) more cautious with the skincare products that I use and my general health has been amazing! I lost 60lbs since July 2018 without doing anything too extreme. I did it in a way that makes it easy to maintain when I go on vacation for a couple of weeks and don't have access to a treadmill or a fully stocked kitchen. I'm really proud of what I've done so far but now that I've leveled off I am starting to feel some minor effects of underlying issues. I constantly have bouts of anemia AND hypoglycemia so taking care of my digestive system on a regular basis is where my focus now is. I'm eating tons of spinach and kale, I have sure to have at least 3 green juices a day, take iron supplements, vitamin c, multivitamins and recently introduced zinc. Yes, I am on a damn mission!

With that being said, I've been able to introduce a cleanse or two to help with that. I was always skeptical about cleanses in the past because my thinking was that my body would take care of things naturally but now I see things differently. Sometimes we need to give out bodies a little help if we want to start things from scratch and Maxx Herb Liver Cleanse Plus tablets are what I used to try to help me do just that. What I like about these supplements is that they not only claim to help do a physical detox, they throw some help with focus, sleep, and energy as well, which we ALL probably need because getting the right amount of sleep and being focused are the main things needed to have a healthier lifestyle.

The only thing I wasn't crazy about with this liver cleanse was the recommended dosages. I am not a fan of pills at all. AT ALL! I take a hefty amount every day just to not be a zombie and aside from my iron pills, which are super tiny, everything else that I take voluntarily is either a gummy, chewable, or liquid. While these aren't very big, I don't like the idea of taking 5 of these twice a day. That number just felt excessive! But if you're the type to swallow pills without thinking twice, this won't be a problem an may help with some really great benefits thanks to all of their awesome ingredients like dandelion root and ginger root, just to name a few.

2020 isn't just around the corner, it's legit at the front door, so if you're looking for a natural multivitamin this is a good way to go.
