Xylitol Sugar Substitute





Coffee is one of those things that I can't stop drinking. Not because I think it's cool like I did when I was in College, but now I drink it for warmth, because I love the taste and because it gives me something to do.

I of course don't drink it black so I have to be really careful with what I put in it for flavor. I've been on a crazy workout kick since July (42 lbs gone! WOO HOO!) and cannot afford to mess that up by consuming beverages. Normally I drink my coffee with whipped cream, coconut milk and mocha syrup but because I want to cut back on the sugar I've been using Xylitol by Morning Pep.

There isn't a ton to say about this aside from it being a great substitute for sugar in coffee, tea, baking and whatever else you like to have sweet!
